Mahmoodia Foundation
Est. November 2020 · Sargodha, Pakistan
Founded in November 2020, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mahmoodia Foundation emerged in response to a time of global uncertainty and disruption. As the world came to a standstill and educational institutions shut their doors, countless individuals were left without access to learning, employment, and even basic necessities of life.
Recognizing this urgent need, we took our first steps with a simple yet powerful mission: to support, uplift, and provide opportunities to those who needed them most.
What began as a small, humble initiative — without resources, infrastructure, or facilities — was driven purely by determination and purpose. We started in an unfurnished and incomplete space, gradually transforming it into a functional and welcoming environment through continuous effort, personal investment, and the generosity of donors.
With time, dedication, and community support, our foundation grew. We developed classrooms, improved infrastructure, and expanded our services to support education, create employment opportunities, and assist with essential needs.
Today, we stand as a growing organization with a committed team and a clear vision. While we have made meaningful progress, our journey is far from over — and with continued support, we aspire to reach even more lives.

Founder's Vision
Co-Founder
Mahmoodia Foundation was co-founded on the inspiring vision of Muhammad Ashraf Ali, a man who rose from humble beginnings with limited resources but limitless determination. Through dedication to education, he earned a national scholarship and continued his studies at King Saud University, Riyadh, KSA. After completing his education, he returned to Pakistan with a lifelong mission to serve humanity, uplift his nation, and contribute to the Muslim Ummah. Since 1991, he has devoted himself to education, mentorship, and community development, guiding his family and empowering hundreds of individuals. This latest initiative reflects his enduring vision, strengthened by the support of his equally visionary wife and family.
